I've neglected my blog, truth is I haven't been in the mood to write. I usually hate writing, especially back in college when I had to do essays ughhhhhh ! I guess I'm having a change of heart haha !
Since my last blog I have done quite a few things, so I'm going to do my best to keep it short so it won't be so boring :) ! Here goes nothing:
After leaving the beautiful Naka Island, we moved into one amazing villa. It's the same one Rihanna stayed in a couple of days ago when she was in Thailand (OH MY GOD) yes I just said omg, cheesy huh ? She left on Sunday and we arrived on Monday ! It's was one mega cool villa !
Our first adventure of the week was elephant riding! Loved it ! I think elephants are such fascinating animals! We walked through the jungle and since we were so high up we got to see one heck of a view ! During the ride I was a bit paranoid kept thinking I might fall off or that an insect would bite me and I would die days later haha ( yeah I tend to let my imagination get the best of me) Afterwards I couldn't help but feel guilty for riding the elephants. I felt bad that they had to carry us around :/ ! That same evening we went to Phuket FantaSea where we watched and elephant show which was spectacular!!
The day after we decided to go to the Tiger Park. I actually got to touch and play with a baby tiger (WOW!!). When they're so small they look so cute and innocent and huggable, but then it hits you that in a few years they're big enough to kill a human haha! Bigger tigers were either in their cage or roaming about in a big open space with a nice big pool they can use. It's good to know that they're not caged all day everyday!
On another day we visited one of the biggest markets I have ever been to. Crazy, crazy, crazy! You could find absolutely anything there I swear, from fresh food to clothes and shoes, to toys and electronics, fried maggots and cockroaches and even people cooking meals on the spot! Jam packed with people you can imagine the chaos !

During that week we had three days of good weather and as for the rest it rained endlessly. It didn't bother me at all, it felt good to stay in and chill for a while, besides it would be a shame not to in a villa like that!
The week quickly came to an end and we were ready for our next adventure!
Early Monday morning we catched a plane to Singapore and checked in at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel (crazy shit!!) I never thought it would be such a beautiful country ! Everywhere is so clean and in order! The hotel we're staying at is supercool. The best thing about it, in my opinion, is the pool. It's a rooftop infinity pool 150m long with a view that leaves you completely mesmerized! I could look out on the edge of the pool for hours and not get bored! It's the first big city I've ever been to so I'm always going round with my jaw to the ground, feeling gobsmacked the whole damn time! Cos everything I see just fascinates me haha! Skyscrapers everywhere and they're most beautiful at night when they're all light up, the night scene is absolutely beautiful!
On Tuesday we went to Universal Studios. I've ran out of adjectives to describe how amazing it was there haha! All the different scenes from different animated films were top notch! I went on my first big rollercoster (yes I screamed at the top of my lungs)! It has to be by far one of the best days from this holiday !
Today we we went to the art and science museum. We saw an Egyptian exhibition which was really interesting and also got to see a Herman Miller exhibition, whom I didn't know before but now I do hah!
Somebody pinch me and wake me up from this dream? I still can't believe I'm experiencing all of these new things and seeing these new places ! I'm thankful each and everyday that I am where I am and get to do what I do !!
It's gone midnight here and I am in bed all geared up to see what tomorrow brings! I so don't want Friday to come along, that means we leave Singapore :(. The good thing is that we go back to Thailand for another 11 days after here!
